Business, hotel and medical accounts

One account, monthly billing, and no payment collected in the vehicle.

Talk to us about an account

How an account works

Rides taken on a corporate account are billed directly to the organisation. A rider chooses the account when booking and nothing is collected from them in the cab.

Riders are added to the account by whoever administers it, so there is no expense claim afterwards and no card at the kerb.

Hotels and guest transport

A hotel can book on behalf of a guest and have it billed to the property rather than the guest. Airport and cruise transfers are the common case, and both are priced ahead of travel.

Medical and facility transport

Facility accounts cover journeys to and from appointments, in wheelchair-accessible or standard vehicles. Giving the appointment time lets dispatch build in a buffer rather than aiming at the exact hour.

Setting one up

Accounts are arranged by our team rather than opened online. Get in touch and we will set one up with the riders, cost centres and reporting you need.
