What an accessible cab carries

A ramp or lift, secure wheelchair restraints, and a driver trained in boarding assistance. Choose Wheelchair Accessible when you pick a ride type and that is what arrives.

The fare is the same as a Standard Cab for the same journey. There is no accessibility surcharge, and there never will be.

Boarding assistance on any ride

Extra boarding assistance can be added to any ride type, not only an accessible vehicle, and your driver is told before pickup. You do not have to book a specialised cab to be helped into an ordinary one.

How long it takes

There are fewer accessible vehicles than standard cabs, so matching one can take longer. We would rather tell you that than leave you watching a screen. If you know your pickup time in advance, booking ahead gives dispatch the most room to find one.

Medical appointments

Rides to and from appointments can be arranged through corporate and facility accounts, in an accessible or a standard vehicle. Adding the appointment time lets dispatch schedule the pickup with a buffer.
